Customizations
Thanks to the new website, a new and simple function has now been added within the product sheets. By going to select from the drop-down menus the desired features , you will be able to send us an ad hoc request for quotation. Customization is simple:
- Get inside the product;
- To the right of the image you will find several entries;
- Select the desired item from the drop-down menu;
- Enter special notes about the product;
- Completed do add to cart;
- Once you send your request we will be the ones to respond to you via email or a phone number.

- Contact us providing as many details as possible about the item you would like to make (measurements ,finishes,accessories,materials) , you can also send us a photo of an item found on the web or a design you made;
- Our sales department will provide you with a detailed quotation with relevant sample and production costs (sample will be charged only if no order follows);
- If you are a reseller, you will then be able to present a complete offer to your customers. Customers and ask us for any material references;
- In case the offer satisfies you we will proceed with rendering and physical sample;
- Once the sampling is confirmed, we will proceed with production and you will finally have YOUR made-to-order item.
